To request an Official Transcript please follow the below directions:

Please fill out the Transcript Request Form and email the form and a copy of a current Photo ID to taryn-marsh@scusd.edu

3.  You may also come into the office to request an Official Transcript.  Please bring your photo ID with you.  Office hours are 8:30-2:30 pm.  Please wear PPE.

4.  * If you graduated before 2010 you will need to request your transcript directly through the SCUSD website:  https://www.scusd.edu/form/transcript-request-form

The first two transcripts are free. Three or more will be $3 per transcript. Cash and Credit/Debit only. Checks NOT accepted.
